We are a collective group of internationally recognized Headmasters and Grandmasters from around the world. This 'Council' or 'Association' serves the Martial Art Community by providing assistance, fellowship, knowledge and the support of our membership.

THE WORLD HEADMASTERS & SOKESHIP COUNCIL offers an opportunity to the public, students, instructors, parents, whether or not they are Martial Artists, and non Martial Artists to contribute unselfishly to the growth of Martial Arts. Our goal is to RECOGNIZE, REWARD and SUPPORT the outstanding efforts of martial artists of all styles in the pursuit of excellence in the way of Martial Arts.  And to encourage, promote, develop, extend and foster Martial Arts throughout the WORLD.

The Member Application process is stringent, but fair, to assist passionate martial arts practitioners are included on the membership roster.

This website hopes to provide valuable online resources to biographies and information reviewing the most authentic, traditional and eclectic martial arts styles and personalities. Generally we serve as a ASSOCIATION OF DEDICATED MARTIAL ARTISTS which maintains the highest integrity for Martial Arts and Artists.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING MEMBERSHIP: Unlike many martial arts organizations which charge for gradings in styles which they have no recognized authority to do so, the World Headmasters & Sokeship Council DOES NOT seek to award rank or Grandmaster status. The World Headmaster & Sokeship Council is a collective group international Headmasters & Grandmasters within the martial arts community.
