THE WORLD HEADMASTERS & SOKESHIP COUNCIL (WHSC) was founded by Shidoshi Glenn Perry, Headmaster of "Black Dragon Aikijitsu" and Grandmaster Anthony Muhammad, founder of VSK Jiu Jutsu.

THE WORLD HEADMASTERS & SOKESHIP C_OUNCIL offers an opportunity to the public, readers, instructors, parents, whether or not they are Martial Artists, and non Martial Artists from around the world to contribute unselfishly to the growth of Martial Arts.

We are an international Martial Arts Organization which recognizes the very elite in the martial arts. We try to maintain a low profile, and acceptance into this small inner circle is restricted to the above average martial artist.  This organization has the distinction of having one of the world's largest membership of Martial Arts Headmasters and Grandmasters.  It is called the WORLD HEADMASTERS & SOKESHIP COUNCIL.

The WORLD HEADMASTERS & SOKESHIP COUNCIL is composed solely of 9th and 10th Degree Black Belt Founders, Inheritors and Headmasters or their equivalents. At the present time the Council has over 500 members worldwide of every conceivable martial arts style and origin. Our list of members reads like a virtual "Who's Who" of the martial arts world.

Unlike most organizations, there are no membership fees. The WORLD HEADMASTERS & SOKESHIP COUNCIL grants membership solely by invitation or sponsorship only. The main purpose of the Organization's focus is to facilitate open communications between the different systems through its Dojo Leaders, Headmasters, Grandmasters and proliferate the growth of the martial arts through fellowship. This Organization was formed to create a network that exposes martial artists to the teachings of the grandmasters.

The World Headmasters & Sokeship Council is a non-political Martial Arts Entity.  We recognize and sanction all qualified Martial Artists.  There are stringent guidelines and we insist upon your ACTIVE PARTICIPATION as well as HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND RESPECT!
